What does this mean?
We will not meet in person, but instead you will have a virtual meeting each week with your coaches before your Wednesday run. As always, you get a weekly training schedule
What's the benefit over just running by myself?
Your coaches will provide you with support and accountability for the 10-week program. Power In Motion coaches are experienced runners recruited from some of the best running clubs in Houston. You are welcome to follow the training schedule by yourself if that fits you better.
When does it start?
Wednesday 24th March 2021.
Where do I run?
We strongly recommend that you run from your house, or a park/trail if there's one that's convenient for you. Please review these RRCA General Running Safety Tips.
Is there a goal race?
We will organize our own virtual goal race.
